Forget ‘Lucky 7’ – 6 Is Where It’s At When It Comes To Bingo Numbers

Back in August 2020, just as the world started to feel slightly more normal – even if a little short lived – gaming newbies, PlayOJO launched their very own brand new online bingo platform. The company had already propelled to success back in 2017 with their extremely popular online casino, slots and slingo style games, so it seemed a natural progression to then branch out into the world of online bingo too.

The thing that makes this particular brand so unique and stand out from all other bingo sites is their promise of total fair play gaming. With no hidden small print, wagering requirements or withdrawal limits along the way, it’s no wonder that this company have gone from strength to strength.

The small team at PlayOJO have worked extremely hard to offer a ‘no nonsense’ brand that is personal, honest and transparent, and in keeping with this idea, they have just released some very interesting bingo data. After several studies into bingo calls/winning numbers/lucky numbers etc, the brand have decided to publish their findings – which may just surprise you…

Lucky number 6 came out on top for being the most frequently called winning number, whilst unlucky number 13 has been crowned the least called bingo number across all games studied – to no surprise I’m sure.

‘Lucky Numbers’ – Fact Or Coincidence?

playojo bingoIt’s a proven fact of course that bingo is primarily a game of chance. It’s almost nigh on impossible to predict any sort of winning outcome, nevertheless – this data is most certainly very interesting indeed.

It’s so intriguing to think that there are actually a list of ‘winning numbers’ out there – so to speak, and it’s also just really fun to have some bingo facts to share amongst pals at your next game.

This data, of course is just one bingo companies findings, but it’s great that to see that PlayOJO are living up to their brand manifesto and sharing these honest findings. Head of games and bingo, Andrew Steddy said of the research:

As the fair online casino and bingo site it is our mission to offer our players the best bingo games on the market and the fairest and most entertaining experience.

He continued:

Whilst diving deeper into our data we’ve noticed particular numbers, including the most frequently called winning number 6 are proving to be the luckiest for our players. Although bingo is obviously a random game of chance, as the home of fair bingo it’s only fair that we share these insights with our players.

Steddy also said that the brand will now continue to check winning numbers and patterns going forward, and I’m sure they will report back on future findings no doubt. Will lucky number 6 manage to keep its title and stay on top, or will another number sneak in and makes a beeline for the crown? Watch this space…
